BOTOX & Dysport Injections

At Via Skin MedSpa, we offer Botox and Dysport treatments.  Both treatments serve to treat wrinkles, skin creases, and other conditions but in different ways.  While each brand has a slightly different formula, both work to reduce wrinkles by blocking unwanted nerve impulses the injected muscles and relaxing the affected area – leading to reduced wrinkles & creases and an overall smoother looking skin surface.

What is BOTOX used for?

BOTOX has a number of cosmetic and FDA-approved uses like the following:

Reducing wrinkles between the eyebrows, called frown lines, glabellar lines, or elevens

Reducing wrinkles around the eyes, also known as crow’s feet

Reducing the appearance of horizontal creases in the forehead

Reducing lines at the corners of the mouth

Reducing “Cobblestone” skin on the chin

How do BOTOX & Dysport work?

BOTOX and Dysport are both FDA approved treatments that reduce the appearance of wrinkles and creases in the skin by relaxing the underlying muscles to create a smooth skin surface.
